The Lundquist model

We adopt a tried-and-tested approach to our clients’ challenges, developing our projects around three phases: Measure | Manage | Change.

Measure

Each year, Lundquist undertakes authoritative, rigorous research as a way to explore the frontiers of online corporate communications. We publish detailed whitepapers and rankings of best practice. Our main activities have consolidated in three areas:

Since 2004, Lundquist has partnered Comprend (formerly KW Digital) in producing the KWD Webranking, the first and most transparent ranking of corporate websites, which evaluates more than 900 companies globally. Lundquist represents Comprend in Austria, Italy and Switzerland.

Measure Manage Change - Our ModelManage

Our research provides a framework for companies to analyse and benchmark their communications. Thanks to our accumulated expertise, we can provide them with a dispassionate assessment of their online presence and develop clear and detailed action plans for improvement. Our research gives us:

  • Quantitative information on user needs
  • Tried-and-tested methodologies for measuring and prioritising content
  • Vast knowledge of best practice and emerging trends

That translates into practical, actionable tools for our clients. Discover our range of services.

Change

Strategy is the key to success in our field. Gone are the days of taking an ad hoc approach to digital channels, as an add-on to the offline realm; today online has to be at the core of corporate communications. We help our clients equip themselves for this context and develop winning strategies for achieving ambitious goals.

Our focus on content and the user experience allows us to take a dispassionate view of technology and understand how it can be best adopted in a corporate context. We guide companies in changing their internal culture in favour of transparency, accountability and engagement.
