User experience

We adopt a user-centred approach in order to devise engaging user experiences that are optimised for all stakeholders, above all for key corporate audiences. We specialise in serving corporate website users in a context of convergence between the corporate and the commercial as the distinction blurs between a company’s owned online presence and the wider digital and social environment.

Based on our intimate knowledge of the corporate stakeholder, we develop information architectures to tell engaging, convincing company stories without losing sight of the “disclosure” side of corporate communications. We analyse user preferences through a series of tests and apply them in designing online solutions.
